Measurement Analyst – Marketing Analytics

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Measurement Analyst to lead modern measurement strategies for marketing campaigns. You will apply statistical modeling, experiment design, and attribution‑based measurement to generate actionable insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize large datasets with R, SQL, and Python to uncover performance insights and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate findings to internal stakeholders with clear “so what” recommendations.
• Perform stats‑based performance forecasting.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to measurement and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
• Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Funnel.io and Fivetran.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of statistical modeling, experiment design, and data infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and self‑motivation under pressure.
