Senior Marketing Ops Strategist

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Strategist to support complex B2B and B2C lead‑generation clients. The role is contract‑based, remote, and focuses on building and optimizing marketing automation and CRM processes while providing high‑level sales operations support.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, migrate, and clean HubSpot marketing automation platforms and CRMs, including deduplication, field standardization, and custom object creation.
• Design and implement sales‑marketing alignment automations, audience segmentation, lifecycle funnels, and scoring models.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking, and custom reports for revenue teams.
• Develop and document SOPs for CRM usage, data entry, and sales performance reporting.
• Audit client systems, identify improvement opportunities, mentor junior team members, and lead training sessions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
• Proven expertise with HubSpot and solid knowledge of Pardot.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including report, dashboard, and automation building.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational abilities.
