Media Coordinator

About the role

The Media Coordinator will develop, implement and analyse Dior Beauty Brazil’s media and CRM strategies, driving brand awareness, performance and customer engagement across digital channels. You will work closely with the agency and e‑retail partners to optimise campaigns and enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the digital media agency to design and execute integrated digital campaigns that balance brand awareness with e‑commerce performance.
• Allocate the cooperative media budget across e‑retail partners to maximise ROI and meet sell‑out targets.
• Ensure all off‑site communications follow Dior’s global brand guidelines.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Track media budget expenditures and keep them within allocated limits.
• Build and maintain a centralised customer database in Agenda Dior or future platforms, integrating e‑commerce and perfumery data.
• Develop and execute a customer marketing plan to boost loyalty and retention.
• Identify CRM triggers and opportunities to improve the Dior customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Analyse CRM campaign results to optimise engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital paid media (agency or in‑house).
• CRM experience is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
