Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer (PwD Friendly)

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer to drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes and maximize asset reliability. Key responsibilities

• Implement new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Review and update maintenance plans and the maintenance management system.
• Support the review of maintenance procedures linked to the quality management system.
• Conduct critical analyses, develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance.
• Analyze preventive maintenance plan accuracy and propose actions to boost execution performance.
• Participate in planning major maintenance shutdowns and lead their execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Active registration with CREA.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology.
• Eligibility as a Person with Disabilities (PwD).
