About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive focused on the retail sector to drive strategic, enterprise‑wide sales initiatives across Brazil. The role involves managing a portfolio of large accounts, generating new business, and expanding revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with C‑level executives in assigned accounts.
Drive growth within new and existing enterprise and commercial accounts.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to align solutions with customer business needs.
Forecast sales activity, revenue achievement, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably with large enterprises.
Proven quota‑carrying record in a hunting sales role.
Strong consultative selling and solution‑selling expertise.
Ability to manage complex, long‑cycle sales processes and lead virtual teams.

Required skills

Salesforce CRM platform knowledge.
Solution selling methodology.
Enterprise software sales experience.
