About the role
We are looking for a freelance, remote chat support specialist who will communicate with our subscribers in Portuguese (Brazilian) via instant‑messaging platforms. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with customers while delivering a fun and personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to subscriber messages promptly, professionally and engagingly.
- Use creative communication to provide a personalized and enjoyable chat experience.
- Follow company and client policies and guidelines at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and any issues that arise.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
Required profile
- Brazilian resident or professional proficiency in Portuguese (Brazilian).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Familiarity with chat support tools.
Required skills
- Portuguese (Brazilian) language proficiency.
- Experience using chat support software.
