O&M Technician I – Wind Turbine Operations & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an O&M Technician I to deliver operations and maintenance services for wind turbine generators (WTG) in line with project schedules and company standards. The role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring continuous turbine performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service inspections and general maintenance on wind turbines.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues, including component replacement.
• Monitor and analyze turbine operation data to identify and address performance concerns.
• Communicate with customers regarding completed work and upcoming service activities.
• Manage warehouse inventory by ordering tools, materials, and spare parts as needed.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and complete required administrative tasks.
• Adhere to company HSE policies, report hazards and incidents promptly, and participate in HSE initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience or training in wind turbine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret turbine data and perform effective troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
