Service Personnel Planning Analyst

About the role

The Service Personnel Planning Analyst will coordinate offshore and onshore technical assistance activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation, service execution, and high customer satisfaction. This role works closely with Field Service Engineers, customers, HR, and service management teams to align demands with available workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize technical assistance activities, including scheduling, safety documentation, and checklists.
• Coordinate personnel logistics such as mobilization, demobilization, transportation, accommodation, certifications, and technician documentation.
• Interface with customers, Field Service Engineers, HR, and service management to align priorities.
• Monitor service activities from planning through execution, analyzing reports for quality and deviations.
• Maintain and update information in Alfa Laval service management systems (OneService, IB tools, Movex).
• Own the service backlog, identify priorities, risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Highly organized professional with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI (strong differential).
• Experience with OneService, Movex, and other service management systems.
• Familiarity with customer systems such as Petronect, SAMC, and DRAKE.
• Data analytics competency.
