Onboarding Success Manager – Americas

About the role

Oyster is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for customers and their new team members across the Americas. You will be the primary point of contact from the moment a hire is submitted on the platform until the employee is fully engaged, ensuring a smooth, compliant and delightful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers and new hires through the onboarding process, providing documentation, answering questions and organizing meetings.
• Manage custom requests and escalations, collaborating with Sales, Product, Legal and Finance teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support contract customization, ensure data accuracy on the platform, and keep onboarding documentation up to date.
• Collect required information from customers, maintain high‑quality data, and feed feedback into self‑service tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in HR or a customer‑facing role on an HR SaaS platform.
• Customer‑first mindset with proven ability to meet or improve CSAT/NPS metrics.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English and reliable home internet connection.
