About the role

Marsh is hiring an Operational Service Consultant in São Paulo (Sigma area) to handle administrative support tasks for employees and HR, including health and dental plan administration, billing and reimbursement. The role suits someone who wants to work in a leading multinational with development opportunities and flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

Register movements in employee records, including inclusion, exclusion and changes in health and dental plans
Handle billing: allocation, verification and payments
Process reimbursements
Support employees and HR in their inquiries

Required profile

Higher education degree
Previous experience handling high-volume requests
Experience with insurable and non-insurable benefits
Good interpersonal relations

Required skills

Advanced Excel
Agility and organization
