People Generalist

About the role

As a People Generalist you will support the full people agenda across the business, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement processes. You will use people data and insights to guide actions, coordinate initiatives and help create a fair, compliant, and supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute employee life‑cycle processes in line with group‑approved procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver people initiatives and projects affecting the supported business units.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries, concerns and basic employee‑relations matters.
• Assist with employee‑engagement activities to boost workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Manage recruitment processes, including assessment centre coordination, clear communication and timeline adherence.
• Support onboarding for store management teams and follow‑up on training delivery, culture and values.
• Facilitate performance‑management dialogues, contribution journeys and succession‑planning for department managers and sales advisors.
• Analyse people metrics, prepare headcount, turnover, training and hiring reports, and track KPI linked to a fair working environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Good understanding of people processes and employee‑lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyse data and produce accurate people reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Experience in people operations or a generalist HR role.
