Plant Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Controller to join Autoneum’s industrial finance team. The role supports the global leader in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles, ensuring accurate financial, economic and operational control of the manufacturing plant. You will collaborate with finance, production and supply‑chain teams to align financial planning with operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain reliable financial information for the plant, supporting decision‑making and performance monitoring.
• Track results, control costs and ensure compliance with corporate processes and business targets.
• Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, analysing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving productivity and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial finance or controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
