About the role

Rio Learning Studio is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join its early childhood program in Rio de Janeiro. This full‑time position focuses on creating a nurturing, play‑based learning environment for preschool‑aged children.

Key responsibilities

Design, plan, and deliver daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
Develop and adapt curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
Maintain a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere and manage classroom routines.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress and needs.
Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices.

Required profile

Degree in Pedagogy, Education, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills (C1 level) and proficiency in Portuguese.
Previous experience in early childhood settings is a plus.

Required skills

Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
Knowledge of play‑based learning methodologies.
Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
