Process Analyst

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Process Analyst to support its technology talent acquisition function in Brazil and internationally. The role combines strategic alignment with hiring managers, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management to ensure a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into detailed job profiles.
• Source and engage candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub and other tech‑focused platforms.
• Conduct behavioral and initial technical interviews in English and Portuguese.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, provide a positive experience, and produce interview reports with cultural and technical fit analysis.
• Utilize ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever or Gupy and recruitment analytics to track metrics.
• Represent TCS at tech meetups, events and career fairs to build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the People team to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles (e.g., developers, data engineers, DevOps) in Brazil and abroad.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and support employer branding initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gupy).
