Procurement Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to act as a strategic business partner, leading sourcing and contracting initiatives with a focus on financial impact, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and the use of data, technology and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust negotiation strategies and cost targets using market dynamics, benchmarks and category trends.
• Lead and manage sourcing negotiations and initiatives while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Act as a procurement partner balancing commercial ambition, financial discipline, governance and risk mitigation throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt consistent, high‑quality practices across contracting, supplier management and operational execution.
• Analyze budgets, spending patterns and commercial opportunities to identify efficiency gains and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Utilize data, analytical tools, Business Intelligence and digital solutions to increase visibility and support decision‑making.
• Drive practical adoption of AI in procurement routines to improve productivity, quality, speed and stakeholder experience.
• Build dashboards and visual management mechanisms to track financial impact, risks, deadlines, pipeline and supplier performance.
• Identify and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives in processes, approval workflows and contract management.
