Product Optimization Manager – Brazil

About the role

Mastercard’s Optimization Team in Latin America is looking for a Manager to lead the execution of its approval rate optimization strategy across Brazil. The role sits at the intersection of product, data and market execution, translating regional priorities into actionable plans and ensuring consistent implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional optimization priorities into clear, actionable plans for markets.
• Partner with account, franchise and services teams to ensure consistent execution of optimization initiatives.
• Track progress against key KPIs such as approval rates, adoption and engagement, and escalate gaps.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across product (POP, Advice Codes, ABU), data & services and market teams.
• Support account managers with optimization narratives and structured recommendations to drive adoption of solutions like POP, Auth Optimizer, Advice Codes and ABU.

Required profile

• Strong product thinking combined with cross‑functional leadership.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and enable market teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in managing optimization strategies and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to communicate clear optimization narratives and recommendations to issuers and acquirers.
• Track record of influencing adoption of product solutions across regional markets.
