Product Support Engineer – Advanced Technical Support

About the role

As a Product Support Engineer you will provide advanced technical support for Philips healthcare solutions and medical informatics platforms. The role involves diagnosing complex software, hardware, network and system issues while driving continuous improvement of support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking and system integration problems.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for internal teams, field engineers and customers, handling escalations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Service and Field Service groups to resolve issues and improve products.
• Lead Level‑3 escalation support for critical customer incidents.
• Contribute to technical documentation, training materials and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Experience in Healthcare IT, biomedical engineering, medical informatics or related fields.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in hospital or medical device environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience handling customer escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or IT discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English.
