Project Coordinator

About the role

The HPM Project Coordinator leads small to medium-sized design change projects within the HPM portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that support product lifecycle management and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to develop project leadership capabilities while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovations that improve lives around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-sized projects, driving execution from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a customer‑centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive successful outcomes and business impact.

Required profile

• Experience leading or coordinating projects within engineering, product development, innovation, or related technical environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
