Project Manager – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead client‑facing projects that deliver hardware and software solutions in healthcare environments. You will coordinate all phases from planning through installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and contractors to conduct site visits and support facility readiness for installations.
• Monitor site preparation and coordinate equipment shipment schedules.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones, providing regular progress reports.
• Work on‑site to assess progress, facilitate meetings, and resolve issues.
• Advise customers on facility requirements such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power, and network infrastructure.
• Support decisions on workstation layout, server configuration, and overall system integration.

Required profile

• Experience in field service, construction management, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network design, control systems, and server environments.
• Experience with hardware installation and system integration.
• Software deployment in healthcare settings, preferably oncology or cancer‑care environments.
