Project Manager / Squad Leader – MarTech (Agile)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager / Squad Leader to drive the execution of a multi‑year MarTech roadmap for our Brazilian operations. The role combines Agile leadership with deep MarTech knowledge to translate marketing needs into technical solutions and ensure successful delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, turning marketing requests into clear technical stories with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, e‑commerce, CX and Paid Media teams to design automated customer journeys.
• Maintain documentation, governance and reporting in Confluence and Jira.
• Provide developers with the necessary information and ensure the Definition of Done is met, including platform documentation and stakeholder hand‑offs.
• Coordinate dependencies with other product teams to minimise risk during hand‑offs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in MarTech.
• Advanced written and spoken English, with regular interaction with US teams.
• Strong understanding of both marketing and technical aspects of projects.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA and consent‑management platforms such as OneTrust.

Required skills

• Agile / Scrum methodology and ceremony facilitation.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Chord) and data ingestion into Braze.
• Paid Media, Email and Push notification channels.
• Compliance tools: GDPR, CCPA, OneTrust.
