Recruiter (English-speaking)

About the role

Rise Collective is seeking an English‑speaking Recruiter to support its rapid hiring growth across multiple brands. You will work closely with an experienced Internal Recruiter, learning best practices while sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches.
• Post job openings in the Pinpoint ATS and on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Drive inbound and outbound applications through messaging and phone outreach (Zillow, Aloware).
• Screen resumes, application forms, project submissions, and conduct initial interview assessments.
• Create kickoff documents, draft job descriptions, and manage additional information requests.
• Build and maintain referral networks to expand talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot red flags in candidate profiles.
• Eagerness to learn from a mentor responsible for 500+ hires.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and outreach.
