Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Logistics

About the role

Next Staffing Group is partnering with RS Group, a leading logistics company, to find a dedicated Recruiter who will own the full‑cycle hiring process across warehousing, trucking, driver, and logistics brokerage functions. You will be the single point of accountability for filling every position, with a strong focus on building a pipeline of entry‑ and mid‑level sales talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all RS Group roles, including warehouse staff, truck drivers, logistics brokers, and sales personnel.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of entry‑level sales candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with regional universities, career services, faculty, student organizations, and alumni networks.
• Design internship and graduate hiring programs that feed directly into the sales talent pipeline.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, CDL/driver networks, and industry‑specific channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain applicant tracking data, ensure smooth onboarding handoff, and report on recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and DOT/FMCSA requirements for driver positions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or multi‑discipline hiring.
• Proven success building and sustaining candidate pipelines, especially for entry‑level or sales roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create and grow relationships with universities and campus organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging early‑career candidates.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and capable of managing competing priorities across multiple departments.
