Recruiter – Global Exposure with US Clients

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Bragança Paulista and support US‑based clients. You will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while building a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates via LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews in English.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with recruiting leads and hiring managers to align hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Achieve weekly recruitment and sourcing targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence communicating with candidates via phone and video calls.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
