Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join an international, collaborative environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using sourcing platforms, networking, direct search, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure consistent interview processes, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Provide recruitment guidance and training to interviewers as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international setting.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, headhunting methods, and recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of the IT talent market and technical terminology.
