About the role

ARQARQ, a fast‑growing fintech, is looking for a proactive Recruiter to shape its talent acquisition strategy. You will partner directly with co‑founders and the executive team to attract top‑tier talent and build a world‑class hiring engine.

Key responsibilities

• Define hiring playbooks and calibrate roles and seniorities with leadership.
• Source, engage, and assess A‑players using LinkedIn, networks, and proactive outreach.
• Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Represent ARQARQ’s vision to candidates, delivering a white‑glove experience.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, tools, and rituals.
• Iterate on outreach, interview formats, and feedback loops weekly.

Required profile

• Proven track record hiring high‑performing talent in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail throughout the candidate journey.
• Resourceful, data‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, network leveraging).
• Data analysis of recruitment metrics.
