About the role

Community Sports Partners, one of the largest and fastest-growing recreational sports organizations in Florida and across the GTA, is looking for an energetic, driven and highly organized Recruiter to help build a world-class workforce across its expanding operations. This is a high-output recruiting role for someone who can handle a large volume of candidates at once and move them quickly through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and moving candidates through the hiring process for coaches, customer service, operations, sales, administrative and leadership roles.
• Screen and review large volumes of applications and conduct more than 55 screening interviews per week.
• Run structured first-round interviews using established hiring frameworks and scorecards.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Follow up with candidates, build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions, and work with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve hiring speed and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting and/or conducting interviews.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Compensation of $1,000 USD per month for full-time work.
• Candidates complete two short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before applying; applications with both completed are reviewed first.
