Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator will join FIFA27’s Workforce Management team to support the hiring of a diverse and talented workforce for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. Reporting to the Senior Manager Recruitment, this role ensures a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for FIFA27 positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer administration.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases, handle paperwork and assist with onboarding processes.
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Workforce Management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in large‑scale sporting or mega events.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Legal right to work in Brazil and willingness to relocate to Rio de Janeiro.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
