Regional Cash Management Supervisor

About the role

The Regional Cash Management Supervisor will lead a team responsible for daily cash and liquidity management across North America. You will own the cash forecast, position and target balance processes, ensuring that liquidity is available on time to meet operational needs while complying with regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a high‑performing, diverse team that produces an accurate 90‑day rolling cash forecast.
• Manage cash and liquidity metrics, analyse data and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal to align cash resources with business requirements.
• Partner with Global Delivery Centers and Global Service Centers on trade finance, guarantees, banking infrastructure and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements such as FX controls and support regular FX exposure monitoring.
• Maintain and optimise the company’s banking relationships, service levels and pricing structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Proven treasury experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity management across the Americas, especially the United States.
• Advanced education or certifications such as MBA, CTP or CFA are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or supervising teams.
