About the role
Treasure AI is seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Regional Director to lead its LATAM sales initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will build and scale the company’s presence across the region, driving new enterprise acquisition, account expansion, and renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute an enterprise sales strategy to penetrate key LATAM markets, acquire tier‑one clients, and establish market presence.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales initiatives with business objectives and accurately forecast multi‑year revenue.
- Use AI‑powered prospecting, market‑intelligence, and account‑scoring tools to prioritize territories and identify new enterprise targets.
- Own the full commercial lifecycle for existing customers, leading upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal negotiations to maximize gross and net revenue retention.
- Apply AI‑driven usage and churn‑risk insights to shape renewal strategies and executive business reviews.
- Build and lead a regional channel strategy, recruiting and enabling Systems Integrators and Independent Software Vendors to deliver joint go‑to‑market plans.
Required profile
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise acquisition, strategic account expansion, and commercial renewal management.
- Experience building regional ecosystems with ISV and SI partners in the consumer data or MarTech space.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to shift between high‑level strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
- Strong relationship‑building skills, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Data‑driven, customer‑obsessed attitude aligned with Treasure AI’s core values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.
