About the role
NUMALLIANCE is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales activities in Brazil. Based in Sao Paulo, you will work in a hybrid mode, combining customer visits with remote work, to promote the company’s CNC wire, tube bending and forming solutions across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with existing and new customers in Brazil.
- Identify client needs and align NUMALLIANCE solutions with their business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; French or Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
