Regional Sales Manager – I‑EN (Americas)

About the role

CAE is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (I‑EN) to lead the Marketing and Sales plan for Training Services in the Commercial Aviation sector across the Americas. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts and work closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide territory leadership to achieve revenue, yield, retention and growth targets.
• Coordinate sales activities, forecast, order intake and strategic planning.
• Apply a solution‑selling approach using CAE’s full portfolio of products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to shape sales strategies.
• Lead weekly/monthly sales reporting and ensure alignment with operations and accounts receivable.
• Develop and execute account strategies, segment customers and increase wallet share.
• Attend aviation trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Experience managing customer accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly.
