Regional Sales Manager – Indirect Channel (Recife)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the indirect channel in Recife. You will be responsible for building a profitable distribution model, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving brand visibility and volume across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume and distribution targets and implement the annual Business Plan.
• Maintain optimal stock levels within the distribution area.
• Define a long‑term distribution model and produce annual investment and sales forecasts for each distributor.
• Develop strong, win‑win commercial relationships with distributors and guide Distribution Partner Managers in creating action plans.
• Lead distributor task forces, focusing on strengths to maximize performance.
• Analyze market variables, devise corrective action plans, and manage the regional budget and free‑goods replacement.
• Collect and share distributor data (stocks, sales, consumption) with internal stakeholders and report on distribution objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous commercial experience dealing with distributors.
• People‑management experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
