Remote Chat Operator (Brazil)

About the role

This role is a fully remote position based in Brazil, focused on monitoring and improving AI‑assisted chat interactions on large‑scale online platforms. You will ensure high‑quality conversational experiences by observing chats, intervening when needed, and helping refine automated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations continuously during extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene in conversations to improve clarity, tone, or response quality on behalf of companions.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess the performance and accuracy of AI‑assisted replies, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting content such as images or videos aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus over long, repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined, and structured approach to daily work.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written Russian language skills and good command of English.
