Remote Recruiter – LATAM Focus

About the role

We are seeking a remote Recruiter to join a global, remote‑first talent acquisition team that serves clients across multiple industries, with a strong emphasis on the LATAM market. Based in Brazil, you will partner with international clients to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract senior and passive candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Develop and apply advanced Boolean search techniques to uncover executive‑level talent.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates and professional networks to maintain robust talent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs, leadership profiles, and cultural fit.
• Utilise sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Stack Overflow to identify high‑quality candidates.
• Deliver a consultative, high‑touch recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting for US‑based companies, preferably in e‑commerce, technology, or staffing agencies.
• Strong full‑cycle recruitment expertise, from sourcing to closing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven, remote work environment.
