Remote Young Professional Recruiter

About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Young Professional Recruiter and support end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions. This remote role offers the chance to develop recruitment expertise while collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to screening and coordinating interviews.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with senior recruiters to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
