Resources Management Officer – Finance & Treasury

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Resources Management Officer to support financial management in its Country Office. Reporting to the Chief of Mission and working closely with the Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director (Management), the officer will ensure sound financial oversight and treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee financial management for all Country Office activities, ensuring compliance with donor agreements.
• Conduct financial analysis of Country Office programmes in coordination with senior management.
• Supervise treasury functions, including cash‑flow forecasting and fund disbursement.
• Validate receipt and appropriate use of funding, maintaining accurate records of expenditures.

Required profile

• Open to first‑tier candidates (internal staff and nationals from non‑represented IOM Member States) and second‑tier external candidates.
