Sales Director - Brazil

About the role

Xapads, an AdTech company with 20 years of performance marketing experience, is looking for a Director of Sales to lead its expansion and revenue growth across Brazil. The role focuses on scaling Mobile and Web Performance Marketing, working with agencies, advertisers and app marketers to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the Mobile and Web Performance Marketing business and consistently exceed regional and global targets.
• Identify and develop new business with agencies, app advertisers, direct brands and performance-focused clients.
• Build and expand relationships with media agencies, performance advertisers, app marketers and key decision-makers.
• Position solutions such as User Acquisition, App Install, Lead Generation and Outcome-Based campaigns across Mobile and Web channels.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, campaign alignment and revenue closure.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and work with Ad Operations, Strategy, Product and Client Success teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years in digital advertising sales, performance marketing or ad-tech business development, with significant experience in the Brazilian digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proven track record driving Mobile and Web Performance Marketing business with agencies and direct advertisers.
• Established relationships with agencies, advertisers, app marketers and key decision-makers in Brazil.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, globally distributed environment.
• Portuguese and English proficiency preferred.
