SAP Project Manager – Lead CoE & AI Delivery

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead its SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). The role focuses on designing a next‑generation SAP delivery model that integrates artificial intelligence, automation, and a shared‑team approach across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a new SAP project delivery model incorporating AI solutions and automation.
• Establish methods, templates, and innovative practices for the CoE.
• Drive adoption of disruptive delivery solutions using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and Joule.
• Coordinate hybrid work arrangements and ensure alignment across project teams.
• Mentor and onboard project teams to the new delivery framework.

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects, preferably with SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
