About the role

The Academic Secretary provides essential administrative support to school executives and teams, ensuring smooth daily operations within the bilingual college environment. The role aligns with ISP’s commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous improvement, contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment. The secretary will work closely with faculty and staff to ensure efficient academic operations.

Key responsibilities

Support executives and teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
Manage schedules, communications, and document handling.
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
Arrange travel and process expense reports.
Maintain records and documents related to executive activities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in administrative support.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
