Senior Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Community Manager to lead and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms in Brazil. The role focuses on community engagement, trend monitoring, and maintaining a vibrant digital brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate all company social media channels on a daily basis.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and discussions, responding promptly to foster positive relationships.
• Coordinate publishing schedules to ensure timely content delivery.
• Collaborate with Content, Branding, CRM, and Marketing teams on campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Track social media trends, viral topics, and competitor activity.
• Conduct social listening, provide audience sentiment analysis, and generate performance reports.
• Support growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Assist with influencer and KOL collaborations and manage escalation of sensitive community issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian internet culture, memes, sports/gaming communities, and digital trends.
• Excellent written and verbal Portuguese; good English for internal communication.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup or growth‑stage environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and Discord.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
