Senior Designer – Social Media Creative Lead

About the role

This senior designer position is based in Brazil and focuses on creating high‑impact, social‑first creative for multiple client accounts. The role blends leadership with hands‑on design, ensuring content is visually compelling and optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership across client accounts, guiding concepts and reviewing design and motion outputs.
• Maintain hands‑on involvement in designing static, motion, and campaign assets when needed.
• Mentor and coach designers of varying experience levels, delivering structured feedback.
• Define and improve creative systems, workflows, and standards to boost efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with strategy, account, paid media, and production teams to translate insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Stay ahead of social media, design, and AI‑driven trends to evolve the agency’s creative approach.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and new‑business efforts by showcasing creative vision.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership, mentorship, or art‑direction capacity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social‑first creative across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Agency experience in fast‑paced, multi‑client environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with performance and business outcomes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of motion design and short‑form video for digital platforms.
