Senior Director, QSE Audit – Latin America

About the role

The Senior Director, QSE Audit for the Latin America region will shape Coca‑Cola’s risk‑based audit strategy, leveraging data, digital tools and technical expertise to protect people, product and the planet. This role partners with senior leaders, bottling partners and global experts to turn insights into action and ensure the highest quality of our beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of QSE audit professionals across Latin America.
• Oversee independent audits of company‑owned and franchised bottling operations, translating findings into actionable business insights.
• Use data and performance indicators to continuously improve audit effectiveness and risk‑based assurance.
• Partner with operating units, bottling partners and global stakeholders to strengthen QSE performance and advise on emerging risks.
• Champion innovation, digital solutions and modern audit practices, defining the long‑term vision for the Global Audit Organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Sciences or a related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) within food and beverage manufacturing.
• Proven track record of enhancing QSE performance, managing risk and driving measurable business value.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with experience developing talent and influencing senior stakeholders.
