Senior Domain Lead – Indirect Procurement (Sao Paulo)

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a Senior Domain Lead to drive its indirect procurement activities in São Paulo. The role will oversee sourcing, bidding and supplier management across a wide range of MRO categories, supporting both OPEX and CAPEX spend for national and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse procurement data to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Set up and maintain supplier information in the procurement tool.
• Create and manage bidding forms in line with Category Management Plans.
• Conduct “what‑if” scenario analyses to maximise savings.
• Activate and adjust rates and supplier contracts according to schedules and demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, Business, International Affairs or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in indirect procurement (OPEX & CAPEX), preferably within the LATAM market.
• Proven experience in sourcing, planning and execution for MRO categories such as industrial services, spare parts, utilities, equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals and personnel transportation.
