Senior HR & ADM Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Senior HR & ADM Analyst to join its Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. The role combines payroll supervision, employee lifecycle management, and process improvement across HR and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pre‑liquidation of salaries and assess impact on earnings.
• Oversee employee registration, onboarding, and termination processes.
• Participate actively in improving HR‑ADM and cross‑functional processes.
• Collaborate with external entities and suppliers related to HR‑ADM activities.
• Prepare and deliver reports required by management and control areas.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Law).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR/ADM role.
• Knowledge of Brazil Law 20,744 and its practical application.
• Familiarity with the 4th earnings category.
• Experience working in service‑oriented companies.
• Advanced level of English.
