Senior Manager, Merchant Success Americas - Brazil

About the role

EBANX is looking for a Senior Manager, Merchant Success Americas for Brazil, based in São Paulo. The role leads a team of Key Account Managers focused on growing revenue from the existing Americas enterprise merchant portfolio by increasing share of wallet and expanding into new countries and products. It is a front-line role in EBANX's most important commercial growth effort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, drive and inspire a team of Key Account Managers to grow revenue from the existing enterprise merchant portfolio
• Define and execute account growth strategies, portfolio segmentation and account prioritization based on expansion potential
• Drive pipeline generation, deal velocity and team performance
• Engage personally with enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor and escalation point for senior merchant stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to identify and package expansion opportunities
• Monitor account health and usage data to spot growth opportunities and retention risks
• Develop and track team KPIs and coach the team
• Report regularly on account performance and expansion pipeline using Salesforce, AI tools and analytics tools

Required profile

• Leadership track record in a commercial role (Key Account Management, Customer Success or Business Development) with revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell
• Experience managing or leading account management or commercial teams
• Strong payments industry experience
• Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder commercial relationships
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
• Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate there

• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, AI tools and analytics tools for account portfolios and revenue forecasting
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution in a scale-up environment
