Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing for consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients. You will own the execution, optimization, and growth of paid social and paid media campaigns, aligning efforts with client business goals while leveraging the company’s AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of paid social and paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Bing platforms.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end campaign builds, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid optimization and routine management.
• Manage client budgets, provide accurate pacing, and recommend budget adjustments.
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations, maintain testing roadmaps, and communicate performance insights to clients weekly.
• Utilize Power Digital’s AI ecosystem to enhance reporting, storytelling and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client‑facing presentation skills, and self‑motivation.
