Senior Program Manager (Remote – EST or UK Time Zone)

About the role

Inallmedia.com is seeking two Senior Program Managers to lead the delivery of complex SaaS solutions for clients in the United States (EST) and the United Kingdom (GMT/BST). The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in LATAM while coordinating cross‑functional squads and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional delivery across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Maintain program schedules, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery practices.
• Identify and resolve dependencies and blockers across workstreams.
• Provide data‑driven visibility of program health to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6+ years of program management experience in technology or software companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and remote, distributed teams.
• Fluent English for high‑level technical and business communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet.
• Strong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Expertise in Confluence or equivalent collaboration tools.
