Senior Project Management Analyst – Cards & Payments

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to lead the delivery of new cards and payments initiatives across its global network. The role will coordinate with product, technology, finance and other internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce a rigorous project management methodology, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks, resolve issues promptly and report status to senior management.
• Coordinate with Global Product & Solutions, Technology Operations, Franchise, PSI, Acceptance and Finance to roll out new initiatives.
• Develop pipeline strategies and integrate business plans to achieve synergies across markets.
• Provide input on new products, processes and standards to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex projects using structured methodologies.
• Proven experience with card products and payments solutions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results.
