Senior Project Manager – MarTech (Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of a multi‑year Marketing Technology (MarTech) roadmap in Brazil. You will combine Agile leadership with deep MarTech knowledge to deliver automated customer journeys and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog, turning marketing requests into technical stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, e‑commerce, CX and Paid Media teams to design and implement automated journeys.
• Maintain documentation and governance in Confluence and Jira.
• Provide developers with the information they need to work efficiently.
• Ensure the Definition of Done is met, including platform documentation and stakeholder hand‑offs.
• Coordinate dependencies with other product teams to minimise risk.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in MarTech.
• Proven track record leading Agile ceremonies and Scrum teams.
• Strong understanding of Paid Media, Email, Push notifications and other MarTech channels.
• Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment, Chord) and data ingestion into platforms such as Braze.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
• Advanced written and spoken English for collaboration with US teams.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a passion for learning.
