Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead and scale the end‑to‑end hiring function for a fast‑growing company in Brazil. In this autonomous position you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines and partner closely with hiring managers to secure top‑tier candidates across technical and non‑technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for all positions, from need definition to offer closure.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of high‑quality passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, challenge expectations and design efficient interview processes.
• Drive candidate conversion through compensation discussions, counter‑offer management and offer negotiations.
• Manage and optimise the applicant tracking system (e.g., Ashby) ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, build dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve recruiting operations, job descriptions and sourcing strategies based on data and market feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑paced agencies, startups or multi‑role environments.
• Proven track record of proactively sourcing and hiring passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong experience in candidate closing, compensation negotiation and offer acceptance.
• Hands‑on experience managing multiple concurrent searches and maintaining structured hiring pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills with confidence conducting interviews and closing conversations.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain clean recruiting processes.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, providing guidance and structured hiring support.
• Autonomous, proactive mindset.
